We ship within the US only. Shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Most of our items are made to order by our print partner, Printful. They're printed or embroidered just for you, which usually takes 2 to 7 business days, plus delivery time. Our rope hats and pony hats ship from Central Texas.

Returns & exchanges

Rope hats and pony hats: return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. The buyer pays return shipping. Email DosDoodsHatCompany@gmail.com to start a return.

Made-to-order items can't be returned or exchanged for size or change of mind. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
